This is the place for you to have a discussion among the forum members regarding the different topics available such as “career management, TM Inc upcoming events, etc.”Furthermore, you can also be answered by the administrator regarding the various topic that you had posted. To ensure the forum is lawful (eg. no postings that are discriminating,etc), we would like you to register with us before you start posting your messages so that we are able to administor it. | |  | Teach Me In Circulation (TM Inc) is established in 2002 to help the physically challenged youth to become self-sufficient through employment or starting their own business. TM Inc vision is "To empower every physically challenged youth to lead a life of self-sufficiency and independence, with the freedom of choice". Its mission is "To develop our physically challenged youth into confident 'work ready' young adults armed with the necessary skills to compete as equal in the working world". TM Inc provides training such as resume writing, self awareness and interview skills which allows the youth to be "work ready". To provide these training, TM Inc arrange internship with employers and focused workshops. The internship program for each of the youth will be between three weeks and six months with one of TM Inc corporate partners. TM Inc also provides an office environment with logistical and technical support at a nominal cost to help the youth start their own business.
